3. Payments

Late payments may delay timelines, handoff, launch support, or ongoing maintenance. Larger projects may be structured around milestone-based payments.

4. Timelines and Delivery

Project timelines depend on the agreed scope, client feedback, third-party services, and timely access to required materials. We communicate timeline risks as early as practical.

The on-time delivery guarantee applies only when its stated conditions are met, including timely payment, asset delivery, feedback, and written scope approval.

5. Client Content and Third-Party Services

You confirm that any content, images, trademarks, data, credentials, and other materials you provide are owned by you or properly licensed for use in the project.

Third-party platforms such as hosting providers, analytics tools, booking tools, payment processors, app stores, or CRMs are governed by their own terms, pricing, availability, and policies.

6. Intellectual Property

After final payment, you receive rights to the final custom deliverables created specifically for your project, except for third-party materials, open-source software, reusable internal tools, pre-existing assets, templates, libraries, and general know-how.

We may reuse non-confidential techniques, components, patterns, and experience gained during the project in future work.

7. Support and Maintenance

Projects may include a stated support period for bug fixes, minor adjustments, documentation, or handoff questions. New features, major design changes, strategy changes, and third-party platform changes may require a new estimate.

Ongoing maintenance, monitoring, backups, security updates, or growth work are provided only when included in the project scope or a separate maintenance agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roaring Tiger Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the website or services.

Our total liability for a project is limited to the amount paid to us for the specific services giving rise to the claim, unless a different limit is required by applicable law.
